How do I book a consultation?

Call or message us on WhatsApp at +355 69 637 2735 to book your consultation. We will offer you a time on a working day, Monday to Saturday.

What happens at the first consultation?

We listen to your concerns, examine your teeth and bite and, when needed, recommend X-rays. Then we explain the treatment options.

Will I feel pain?

Before any procedure the area is numbed with local anaesthetic. We explain every step and can pause at any moment if you feel uncomfortable.

How is the cost worked out?

The cost is calculated after the assessment, based on the treatment you need. You receive the plan and prices in writing before you start.

Nuvola aligners or fixed braces?

Nuvola aligners are clear and removed for eating and brushing, while fixed braces are bonded to the teeth and adjusted at check-ups. The EM Smile Clinic team tells you which option best suits your case.

When should a child have their first orthodontic visit?

A first orthodontic assessment is often recommended around the age of 7, even if treatment is not needed straight away.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We welcome children patiently, with check-ups, cleaning, fillings and preventive care, involving parents in every decision.

When are you open?

Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00. Sunday is our day off.

How long is the first consultation?

It depends on your case. We allow enough time for the assessment, explanations and your questions.

What should I bring to my first visit?

If you have X-rays or records from previous treatment, please bring them, along with a list of any medication you take.

How often should I have a check-up and cleaning?

A check-up and professional cleaning every six months is usually recommended, but the interval depends on your needs.

How long does treatment with Nuvola aligners take?

It depends on the case. After the orthodontic assessment we tell you the approximate duration and the treatment steps.

Am I a candidate for a dental implant?

Suitability is assessed after a clinical examination and X-rays, taking into account your bone and general health.

Does professional whitening hurt?

Some patients feel temporary tooth sensitivity, which usually passes within a few days.

Do you offer facial aesthetic treatments?

Yes. We offer PRP, peels, mesotherapy and fillers. Suitability for each treatment is assessed at the consultation.

Do you speak foreign languages?

Yes. Our staff speak Italian and English, so we also welcome patients from outside Albania.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

Call us on +355 69 637 2735 during opening hours. We will advise you and, where possible, see you as soon as we can.

How do I look after my teeth after treatment?

After every treatment we give you clear home-care instructions and plan any check-ups you need.
